We stayed here as a group of 6 for a week in February - it was excellent! This is a large, newly built mountain restaurant with accommodation with a lovely mix of modern facilities with a traditional feel. Everything is of a really high quality and the owners have done a superb job of considering all the details. We stayed in very nice, spacious split level rooms which had a balcony looking out over the mountains. The kitchen is run by the owner, Paulo, and his son who make excellent local dishes including home-made pasta and pizza as well as other local specialities on the menu. It's a very professional kitchen that you can see into and the dining room is run by his wife Gabriella who looks after you. Read more01/01/2022 Se ne parla tanto bene che io e la mia compagna abbiamo voluto provare. Parcheggio ampio struttura esterna fatta bene. Interno una cozzaglia di oggetti appesi al soffitto con arredamento confusionario. Ci portano al tavolo prenotato dove mancano le posate ma probabilmente le portano loro.. Ci offrono un aperitivo che abbiamo lasciato lì ( sapore non classificabile ) Ordiniamo 2 primi speck e rucola, 2 tortini di patate. Nel giro di 2 minuti i primi arrivano ( urka che velocità ) riscaldati con aggiunta di acqua di cottura. Posate non si vedono gliele chiediamo e le portano, camerieri che nonostante il locale pieno girano di continuo aspettando che vedono un piatto vuoto per portarlo via subito. Sformato di patate insipide e stracotte... Chiediamo della carne e la cameriera ci dice che va a sentire on cucina che tagli hanno.... Lavori come cameriera e non sai i tagli di carne che hai? Ok abbiamo optato per i dolci. Mascarpone in vasetto piccolo che a malapena passava il cucchiaino e una torta ai 3 cioccolati. Mascarpone non era ma era ZAMBAGLIONE ( lasciato lì ) Torta ai 3 cioccolati pareva gelatina ed insapore ( lasciato lì ) Conto esagerato per un pranzo così, avrebbero dovuto loro pagare noi per averci servito ciò. Se il proprietario vuole rispondere può anche evitare che non siete scusati e informerò le persone attorno a me edelle mie conoscenze...
