Sentivo parlare bene di questo ristorante, che mi prese la voglia di andare . Premetto che per prenotare un tavolo x due , a me è voluto 2 anni.. poi finalmente provando lunedi per il sabato, che al telefono mi confermano un tavolo per 2 libero . Ma condizionato dall'orario che decidono loro.. sicche io accetto pur di sentire le loro pietanze. Orario del tavolo 19.45 , dovendolo lasciare alle 21.30 ( mai capitato una cosa cosi ) Comunque arriviamo ,ci aprono la porta e ci chiedono il nome della prenotazione, e fin qui ci siamo. Ci sediamo in una saletta rustica leggermente appartata.. con dei tavoli ravvicinati. Arriva il camere , portando il pane e chiedendo il tipo dell acqua..e fin qui tutto ok.. Il proprietario prende l'ordine con una bottiglia di vino Bolgheri. La porta gia aperta e mi fa fare l'assaggio. Cosa che non va bene . La bottiglia la apri davanti a me. Ma sapendo che la mia signora da fastidio, ho lasciato correre, essendomi assicurato che il vino era buono e poteva andare nell assaggio. Comunque .. arrivano i piatti tutti preparati prima e riscadati dopo all'ordine. Antipasto.. terra.. 2 creppine 1 crostino e una piccola parmigiana . Primo tordelli..a ragu.. non sapevano di niente..sciapiti.. Penne al pomodoro .. pasta cruda..pomodoro.. semplice senza carattere.. Poi arriva il secondo . Cinghiale al Salmi .. e patate arrosto.. si vedeva il passaggio al forno anche perche mancanza di di umido che amalgama laselvaggina.. le patate tiepide e mosce.. ( ho mangiato perche avevo fame ) ma era da alzarsi e andarmene .. visto il servizio veloce e non attento.. soprattutto del proprietario . Ripeto sono un amante del vino Rosso di spessore.. e tu una bottiglia di 14,5 non la puoi portare gia stappata e non scaffararla li al tavolo .comunque..per me, bocciato..sara buono per alcuni.. ma per in versilia ..ce ne sono di meglio.. !!! Sono un imprenditore.. ma i miei clienti.. non li guardo dall'alto al...

Having lived here for 3 years we’re yet to find a better restaurant serving traditional Tuscan food! The staff all speak perfect English and are very welcoming and friendly. The service is impeccable. The staff really tend to you and are some of the most professional we’ve ever met.
