Ristorante Rino — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

Lack of any sort of service. So hard to rate this, since none of the waiters seemed to care. We waited for half an hour for a menu, even if i went to 2 waiters and asked for that. When we finally got a menu, waiters would just pass by our table and simply say, yes we will come, without us even saying something. No apologies from them, the restaurant wasn’t even crowded, waiters were just walking by doing mostly nothing. The place looks really nice and i bet the food is amazing, after all this is Italy. But with kind of service, or rather no service, just don’t go. We went instead to Restaurant Rina, almost same name and close to eachother 😂. Best serving and food is perfect!...

When we arrived we were told that we would have to wait for the food but actually we were waiting for our server. That girl was taking with every single table in the restaurant and didn’t take our order for like 30 minutes, then after she did and started bringing the food she only brought two dishes out of 4 when everyone eaten the two dishes we had to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza’s. So in conclusion the girl did a horrible job serving and the food wasn’t amazing (the grilled meat with vegetables were bad and the pasta with ragu were HORRIBLE there was so much fat in the plate it was discussing to eat ) I wouldn’t...

We should have known when there were no prices mentioned for the pizzas. We asked the cost. The waiter said between 6 and 12 euro. He also had larger pizzas, "two times" as big for the family. We ordered the family pizza margerita. Pizza was good. But then we received the price and said to pay 30 euro for the pizza margerita. The owner said it was the "size of 3 pizzas". And apparently the price of a margerita is 10 euros...

Our mistake, we should have known, and verified. But just for others: the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star rating is about 15 euro. He...
