One star is too generous. The ice cream was fine, nothing special – but the real issue is the man behind the counter. Extremely rude, dismissive, and downright unpleasant. He acts like serving customers is a burden. No manners, no basic courtesy, just constant complaining and condescension. A truly uncomfortable experience. We ordered just two espressos and several small deserts, they were ok, nothing to complain about. The guy at the bar (around 50 with glasses and tattoos) was not pleasant, borderline rude. His face was showing despise while he prepared our order, then complained as we wanted to pay with card. Now checking the place on Google Maps it looks like it’s a normal practice at this place not...

The gelato here is awesome… there’s definitely a “men’s club” feel that woke people are not going to like.. but if you want awesome gelato this is it… I was hesitant myself because it doesn’t get rated “that well” but all the locals kept recommending the same place.....
