We stayed at Podere La Paolina for 1 week, end of August 2024 in the Colombaio suite with 2 adults and our 15 year young child. As from the first day we have been warmly welcomed by Ines and her family, including the brave dogs. The farm is ideally located on a very beautiful part of Tuscany and centrally located to visit Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino ... The view from the upper room was splendid and the suite is large enough for 4 people. The large covered terrace in front of the suite was providing required shadow during the day so we basically lived outside

During our stay we have been daily advised by the owners during breakfast which places we could visit in the region and also other valuable information like wine tasting, bio dynamic agriculture, history ... We had Italian breakfast every day with a nice variation of local products. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were perfectly prepared by super cook James respecting local & pure Tuscany kitchen. The wine card was perfectly aligned to the dishes - excellent kitchen combined with excellent wines. Fabricio recommended wines, according to the selected dishes and because of his excellent advise we discovered very good wineries in the wide region.
