When I entered the building, there was no one around. It is really a restaurant with four rooms, so I eventually went into the restaurant and found someone to help.||Our helper carried the bags up the stairs and into the room (the Blue Room), then showed us the facilities -- except that he couldn’t open the bathroom pocket door. After many tries, he went to get help, but neither one could open it, so he went to get another room key.|| ||The second room (the Pink Room) was much better, the junior suite. It had a bedroom, another small room with a table, and its bathroom had a normal door. This was a great improvement, as the first room was very tiny and the bags would have had to be on the floor, virtually blocking all access to anything else. The second bedroom was larger and one bag was put on the table and the other on the floor in the other room. But there was no closet, no small bar soap in the bathroom.||||After getting settled, my husband turned on the flat-screen television, but there was no sound. He did everything he could, but without success, so I went down and found our helper. He did everything except take the set apart, also without success, so he went to get help. Suddenly, just before he returned with another man, the sound went on! (But went off again just before we left the next morning.)||||We were told us that breakfast would be Italian style, and if we wanted some prosciutto cotto or formaggio, we should request it. When we went down, only the maid was there, and she brought us a plate of prosciutto cotto and a large wedge of cheese, which we supplemented with apricot cake. When I asked for American coffee, she returned with about 1” of espresso. When I asked for more, we got about 2”.||||Regardless of the coffee quantity, this was a good place to stay while eating in the restaurant. PLEASE SEE MY REVIEW OF THE...

Read moreGood restaurant, very good dishes but the "Rest-Pizzeria" area is better.
We were in the "Restaurant" part which should have been better (room with glass walls and view on the Riviera, Tav.26) but: without reservation the waiters will give you the worst table even if the others are not booked (but why?) in this room you smell fuel (the stove?), sickening The waiter takes away the toppings without even opening his mouth the service for this "treatment" is 3 Euro !! But let's come to the dishes: baccalà (18 Euro): it's worth it, very good! vegetarian dish, lisks, asparagus and artichokes (12 euros): very good! Conclusion: the bill in the part of the restaurant will be unnecessarily high, better enjoy the same dishes in the "Pizzeria Restaurant" area. Having already been here several times, I expected more attention to the customer, what...
