L'Oasi Ristorante Hotel — Restaurant in Unione dei comuni Valli del Reno, Lavino e Samoggia

Sinceramente non capisco le recensioni con punteggio basso. A circa 4 Km dall'uscita di Sasso Marconi, a conduzione familiare, con menù di piatti tradizionali, carne, pesce. Siamo stati accolti col sorriso, appena seduti abbiamo ricevuto un assaggio di mortadella, squacquerone e frittatina gentilmente offerti dalla simpatica signora. Dopo un breve discorso sulla differenza tra crescentine e tigelle abbiamo scelto un antipasto di affettati, accompagnati da crescentine, offerteci senza risparmio. Abbondanti e saporiti tutti gli affettati (i ciccioli "crudi" mi sono rimasti nel cuore), dopodicchè abbiamo preso delle tagliatelle alla bolognese che ci hanno riconciliato col beato mangiare: porzioni abbondanti, cottura al dente praticamente perfetta. Soddisfatti, abbiamo terminato il pranzo e la proprietaria ci ha deliziati con delle fettine di ciambellone fatto in casa per accompagnare il caffè: senza esagerare, il miglior dolce fatto in casa mai mangiato in un ristorante. Il prezzo? Dire "in linea" sarebbe un'offesa, considerato che abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una bottiglia di Sangiovese superiore: sinceramente prezzi più bassi della media, considerata la qualità del cibo. Il discorsetto finale sulla Formula1 e la MotoGP ci ha fatti sentire un po' a casa. Decisamente...

We came to eat on a Monday and the restaurant was almost empty. They have many tables both inside and outside. We choose inside because it was very hot that day. The tv was on to entertain us a bit. The menu is quite extensive, and as it turned out, the portions are quite big. We only took a main course and that tasted very good. Prices are ok, but not really cheap.
