Unfortunately, I was disappointed by this restaurant because I expected cuisine that represent the simplicity and authenticity of Emilia-Romagna region. The descriptions of the dishes are extremely refined, as are the recipes and the preparation of the raw ingredients, but all this abundance of ingredients isn't reflected on the palate experience. A white risotto with four peeled raw shrimp, whose name I've already forgotten, deserved more flavorful shrimp, or a better-balanced quantity of shrimp, as the strong garlic flavoring the rice dulled the faint seafood flavor.
