Il Ghiottone — Restaurant in Val d’Enza

The food is good and we had the pleasure of meeting a young gentleman in this restaurant with dark hair and beard (Sorry, I don’t know how to spell his name)who truly left a positive impression on us. Despite the language barrier—we can only speak English and not Italian—he was incredibly patient and went out of his way to assist us with such kindness and professionalism.

As Asian tourists, we occasionally encountered moments of discomfort during our travels, but his warm and understanding demeanor made us feel genuinely welcome.

Everything that comes to mind when I think of an Italian restaurant/ pizzeria. We had the classic pizzas, which were absolutely delicious. Not heavy and doughy but light and very flavorful and extreme satisfying. This is a popular place that has plenty of seating, but yet maintains great service with friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great, authentic Italian meal to try...

Prenoto qualche giorno prima x festeggiare un compleanno,non conosco il posto vado x un sopralluogo è per provare la loro cucina,scegliamo menu mare arriva l’antipasto di mare era vecchio e stravecchio più abbiamo trovato dentro la bocca del polipo,il mio bambino di anni cinque a momenti lo ingoiava ho dovuto infilargli le dita in bocca x farglielo cacciare,ci lamentiamo con il cameriere ci risponde mentre era già lontano dal nostro tavolo sono cose che capitano😡 arriva l’altro antipasto cioè cozze e volgole peggio di prima ho beccato una cozza che puzzava è tutto era scaldato e riscaldato.. immangiabile..io e il mio compagno non aspettiamo che arrivi il primo decidiamo di andare via, arrivati alla cassa x pagare c’era un cliente che si lamentava che era già venti minuti che aspettava x pagare non arrivava nessuno! abbiamo aspettato circa dieci minuti poi siamo andati via senza pagare visto che non avevamo neppure pranzato tutto questo il giorno del mio compleanno! Peccato x loro la cena di 30 persone e draghettata da un’altra parte....
