AROMA RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Valderice

I had dinner here recently during a stay at the hotel this restaurant belongs to(Parco degli Aromi Resort & Spa). The restaurant is quite small and intimate. It offers a relatively compact menu of (West) Sizilian dishes, with particular emphasis on seafood. I had the cauliflower soup for the starter, the red shrimp risotto for the main, and the deconstructed canollo as the dessert. Overall, the food was quite good, but not not outstanding. My highlight was the risotto, which had a nice and fresh taste. The soup was slightly watery and the dessert a bit too sweet and samey. The service was friendly and fast though the restaurant was slightly overstaffed for the number of guests...

Con mia moglie abbiamo scelto l'hotel Parco degli Aromi e ci siamo ritrovati in un posto panoramico incantevole, la camera con vista mare comoda e confortevole. Personale della reception bravi e accoglienti. Il ristorante è stato una scoperta piacevolissima con un menù di pesce e carne. Noi per tre serate abbiamo scelto pesce con piatti presentati con cura molto belli e dai sapori gustosi che esprimono passione e professionalità dello chef Gaetano. Sala ristorante ben curata e arredata con stile. Camerieri eleganti e gentili Il maitre Vito, garbato ed elegante, accogliente e molto professionale nel consigliare anche nella vasta gamma di vini tutti tipici siciliani.
