UPDATE: Dtill a fantastic restaurant and I would return. However, it is more of 4.5 stars after our second visit. The first visit was so fantastic, I guess my expectation was too high. FOOD: steak, lamb, and veal were grilled perfectly as before. However, the beef cut wasn't as good. Had a lot of tough muscles. Pastas were excellent especially lamb bigoli but bread gnocchi was not popular with the group; too much soft bread taste and not enough flavor. The quantity of ham and cheese plate might have decreased (compare the pictures). Fantastic wine (had their own cima red) and superb desserts: creme brulee, tiramisu, and cheesecake. The best desserts in the region. Service was good but the last time we were offer free drinks at the end. Yes, we shouldn't expect free things but slightly disappointed. Overall, we still love this restaurant. Great food and superb ambiance. Highly recommend in you are the region.

Fantastic restaurant. FOOD: Great food!!!! Pasta for kids were great. Mixed meat and cheese tray was perfect with wine. Escargot was fantastic. Sauce was perfect. Steak and lamb chops were perfectly cooked. No burnt spots, juicy and tender. Everything were perfect. LOCATION: Easy to find and plenty of parking. SERVICE: Great service. Friendly and spoke English well. No problem with reservation or ordering. PRICE: About average for the quality and quantity. OVERALL: fantastic restaurant. Highly...

To make it brief: excellent food, very nice view and atmosphere; and the staff is exceptionally friendly!

Their sesoning is very subtle, gently underlining the natural flavours of the dishes. Something I appreciate very much since the spice will not overshadow the meat/vegetable in question. If you want to sit in their partio, you have to make a reservation, otherwise you will have no chance to enjoy the marvelous view over the vineyards. But fear not if you didn't know, for the interior is also a sight to see. In one room, they have all their wines and proseccos at display. Each bottle is fitted with a price tag so that you know exactly what you're getting yourself into. Additionally, they have an open fire grill in the middle of their restaurant, fitted with an excellent fume cupboard. That way, you can enjoy the slight smell of burning wood and the sight of the cook preparing the meat, without your clothing smelling of smoke. As for the staff: They speak english to some extend, are very friendly and give recommendations when asked.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely visit again! And one more tip: Since it is a refined place, I would recommend dressing a little better in order to fit in with the restaurant (not all the guests took that...

It was everything perfect. Food, view, place and service. Dont worry if do not speak italian. First of all I am foreigner so need to consider that things are different than in my country. Here in Italy I am used to see people being very professional but not friendly. But what a surprise in this place that everyone was nice and gentil. Usually in some places they do not speak english, neither make an effort for it, but here they were very nice with it and even the owner was very friendly speaking in portuguese with us. He spend some time talking and being very gentil. He was there paying attention and talk with many clients, And all I see is that many owners even don't go to their restaurant, so seeing him there, you can guess that everything is made with kindness and love. Food is really good, there is some options for those who have some allergy too and there is good variety of plates. Prices are very good considering the quality of food, drinks and the nice space with an amazing view. I really appreciate a good the time there. Everything...

Great venue, although small portions and unknowledgeable staff... I asked why the beef tartare had allergens listed as glutton, eggs, flour only to get a lame rationale about it being prepared in a common kitchen... Simple true answer, after receiving the dish, would have been served with crackers. The deer was not rare but the host noticed and agreed and offered a free extra replacement which was a lot closer to rare - the gesture was appreciated but still no excuse for the lack of cooking temperature issue. Check out where the grilling is located and they are obviously more concerned with providing a photo opp then care in food preparation. Overpriced local prosecco and obtuse servers constantly speaking to us in English as the majority aren't fluent in italian... So not quite a perfect experience but I would try it again on a less busy day.
