Love Cervinia — Restaurant in Valtournenche

Very bad experience with the bartenders... The place is great, lovely music, perfect place for apres ski. But bartenders are cheeting!!!

On the drink menu Aperol Spritz costs 10 euro, jagerbomb 7 euro. On Saturday 28/01/2023 I have ordered 4 times aperol spritz and 5 times jagerbomb. The bartender (guy) charged my card for 190 euros!!!!! I told him that's to much. He said that he must extracharge for redbull to jagerbomb (???) so it's 12 euros for one. I said ok, but it's still too much- 4 times aperol spiritz is 40 and then 5 times jagerbomb is 60 euros, so it should be 100 euros, when you count extra charge for redbull. He gave me back 30 euros and said 'sorry'. So I am still cheeted for at least 60 euros...

As I said - the place is very nice, but be careful with the amounts that are taken...

The worst customer service I've experienced at a ski resort We Arrived at 4 found a table and I joined the que which was rammed. Got the the front of the que 4.30 for a sign to be placed in front of me saying last orders at 4.30. I kindly told the bar staff I had been in the que for 20 minutes but was told hard lines. There was another 5 people at the bar who were refused too. There were signs saying last orders 4.30 but there should be a cut off point for people queuing. Save your money there are plenty of other bars with better...
