Ristorante Il Mulino — Restaurant in Varazze

Prima cena dopo la quarantena top

Ieri per la prima volta dalla fine della quarantena sono andata a cena al ristorante con i miei amici. É stato bellissimo tornare a fare questo tipo di serate.

Abbiamo scelto questo posto colpiti dalle foto dei piatti su tripadvisor e instagram.

Il locale da fuori e bellissimo, sul fiume, con un bel mulino, sembra una fiaba. Anche l’interno e molto carino. I tavoli sono ampi, ci hanno fatto accomodare in un bel tavolo rotondo e ci hanno portato i menu e una lavagna con i cuori menu. I piatti effettivamente erano molto particolari come ci aspettavamo.

Antipasti:

Baccalà alla vaniglia con cialda di polenta aromatizzata al caffè (euro 15) davvero pazzesco!

Antipasto misto di pesce del Mulino (euro 18) un piatto molto ricco

Primi:

Ravioli di barbabietole e patate, fatti in casa, con scamorza affumicata e semi di papavero (euro 14) davvero delicati ottimi

Spaghetti alla carbonara di polpo (19 euro) purtroppo il polpo non era cotto benissimo

Secondi:

Mupa cotta a basse temperature con pane aromatizzato alla paprika dolce e pompelmo candito (euro 19) non avevo mai assaggiato questo pesce e mi è piaciuto moltissimo anche L abbinamento con pompelmo zucca e cavolfiori

Gamberoni spadellati con burro allo scalogno e zenzero e vellutata allo zafferano (euro 18) il sughetto era ottimo ho fatto la scarpetta :)

Dolce:

dessert misto (un assaggio di dolci da noi selezionati) (euro 8),

-semifreddo all’amaretto di Sassello

-Meringata al Mou

-crema catalana

-canestrello di antica ricetta alle nocciole del Piemonte

-cioccolato bianco temperato,

-sorbetto ai lamponi

Tutti ottimi.

Abbiamo bevuto un VIS AMORIS METODO CLASSICO, un piegato particolare che ci ha colpito molto.

Poi un passito e un camatti.

A little gem in the hills of Varazze. I had booked for lunch on my way to Milan, and although I arrived 1 hour later than my booking, just gone 2pm which is their official closing time, they still welcomed me and served me with no hesitation or pressure. I had the fresh Tagliatelli with Pesto & Vongole, which was super delicious and finished off with their homemade brownie & an expresso. All very reasonably priced too. Thank you to the kind waitress...

Ottimo! We loved the restaurant. We started dinner with some larger oysters - french and they were massive. Delicious! For the first, they had a great pasta with seafood. For seconds, the tuna was excellent. The dessert was also worth it - an amazing chewy brownie. Would definitely eat here again.
