I cannot give zero stars so I’m giving one star to staff only. I was so excited to see that there’s a new restaurant with Indian/Pakistani food but they have ruined it. We ordered kofta and they have made kofta with market’s frozen kebab cut into it with curry that in every item is the same taste. Prices are little high in respect of quality I’ve gone there three times and every time naan(chapati) was different It’s not Asian taste and doesn’t represent it. We’ve tried out the Indian food. The place was quite nice and clean. When it comes for staff we asked an advice what should be there best dish he don’t even tell me what exactly the best dish he just said that all in the menu just choose what you want 😲. We are there to try a new dish so it means that we don’t know what should we take🤷‍♀️. But it’s ok. Food was quite nice but too much spices since we’ve tried it can explain if it’s normal being to much spiced in every dish they served. It’s shouldn’t be balance the spices ? Se potessi lasciare zero stelle lo farei. Abbiamo ordinato due volte tramite Just Eat. Una volta abbiamo ricevuto un ordine a metà e alla nostra richiesta di ricevere i piatti mancanti ci è stato risposto di pagare nuovamente la consegna in un susseguirsi di chiamate assurde in cui continuavano a volerci far pagare un costo extra oppure potevamo ottenere un buono per la prossima volta. Ma quella sera cosa mangiavo? La seconda volta (nonostante tutto ci abbiamo riprovato) dopo circa 6 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario di consegna chiamo per sapere a che punto era l'ordine e mi viene risposto che stava arrivando. Passano altri 25 minuti e non si vede nessuno. Richiamo mi dicono che il driver è partito da 10 minuti ma casa mia dista neanche tre minuti e alla mia decisione di annullare a auel punto l'ordine mi viene detto "va bene come desidera". Ma come il driver non stava per strada? Ci tengo a sottolineare che entrambe le volte abbiamo parlato con un ragazzo dalla voce molto giovane scortese e presuntoso.
