Birreria Torre Antica — Restaurant in Venice

Went here two days in a row because I fell in love with the Bellini and it was the best restaurant with vegetarian options near my hotel (which doesn't have a restaurant itself).

Yesterday I felt like the staff was a little stressed but today they were more welcoming what made me feel better as I'm ne to solo traveling and not yet used to go to restaurants all by myself.

So, to the more important things: the food. As I said I really loved the Bellini. First time I tried this drink and it's one of my favourites now. Perfect on a hot summer day, fresh, fruity and bubbly.😋 To eat I had the fried zucchini flowers (which I wanted to try for a while already) and they were great! A perfect amount of salt and crispy on the outside but almost creamy on the inside. Really going well with the burata which was creamier than any other burata I ever had. The pizza with eggplant and parmesan was really good too - even more with a drizzle of the olive oil that is provided on every table.

Also the view in the winter garden is really nice. I highly recommend this place.☺️

P.S. I don't know why Google only lets me rate this as hotel. I didn't have a room here but to give the restaurant the full stars, I still...

Came here ordered 2 ice teas 2 pizzas a rare steak a chicken and chips and lasagna they came out with the food not at the same time but with about a 15mins time difference but we noticed the 2 ice teas were missing then we saw the steak it was pure raw to rare so we sent it back to be done medium comes out almost burned sent back again for a whole new one asked for medium this time came out even more raw than the first time got the bill and complained about the 2 ice teas and steak the waitress gets all angry and annoyed about the steak and then goes oh sorry the waiter didn't speak English well. In conclusion NEVER come here as the service is really poor angry waiters bad chefs and...
