I had an excellent evening at this pizzeria, which is among the top 50 in Italy. We were seated in a cozy and calm room upon arrival.

The menu was in Italian, which could be a bit of a challenge for those who don't speak the language. I would have appreciated if the waiter had noticed we were speaking in English and offered us an English menu.

The pizza selection is quite extensive and unique. You won't find the usual classic combinations, but it's worth stepping out of your comfort zone to try something new. The service is standard, but given the high volume of customers, they may struggle to keep up.

The pizza crust was delicious, and although the toppings were unique, they were worth trying. The tiramisu was good, but for a restaurant of this caliber, they could improve in this area.

The total bill came to €118 for three people, which included four pizzas, three tiramisus, a bottle of wine, and two bottles of water.

I went with my girlfriend on the 14th of September for dinner around 19.30. The place looked new, fresh, clean, and mostly empty due to the time. The staff welcomed and treated us throughout the whole meal in the most friendly way I have witnessed in a very long time. Importantly, the service was extremely efficient while keeping us under the impression that we were among friends and family. Soon after we sat down, people started to arrive and it was not long before the place was full. We were a bit surprised, being just a random Tuesday to us, looked like this pizzeria must be very popular among locals. At no point were we worried about hygiene issues, since the place is definitely spatious enough. We had the Ligure and the Extra DOP pizzas, both 100% fresh, authentic Italian pizzas, rich in ingredients and flavour. Tornato dopo in paio di anni, le cose sono abbastanza simili. Voto 3 stelle nel senso che per ottenerne 5 dovrebbero migliorare i difetti a seguire.

Locazione: esterno ottimo e facile da provare, parcheggio meh, dove si può non è colpa loro. Interno con cassa bar e dirimpetto il forno. Non è male ma obiettabile da un punto di vista igienico. Il muro con prodotti di qualità in vendita è simpatico.. Alloggio: siamo in 11, veniamo stivati dietro a sinistra rispetto l'ingresso. Il locale è affollato ma non strapieno. Sì va comunque di prenotazione. Nondimeno noi siamo obbligati su una tavolata ad angolo dove la ragazza nell'angolo interno per uscire fa prima a passare sotto al tavolo! Io stesso mi trovo immobilizzato tra i miei colleghi a dx e sx ed un altro tavolo alle spalle! L'alloggio clienti lascia molto a desiderare.

Interni: certi punti muratura ed arredi ok, altri cemento o mattoni verniciati in ambigua maniera, per non dire discutibile.

Servizio: cortese, discretamente veloce, buona assistenza, nulla da rimarcare qui.

Menù: ricco di piatti tutti con i raggi X ed etnologia delle componenti. Sinceramente può piacere oppure no, a me poco tange sapere della mozzarella campana rispetto a quella Sicula. I prezzi saltano all'occhio, non sono indifferenti: la pizza base siamo sugli 8€ sino a salire ai 14/16. Ma presumibilmente la qualità si paga. Un dolce come da foto si paga 6€.

Qualità cibo: la pizza non è stata male ma ho da obiettare su alcuni fattori. Come due anni fa la pasta risulta leggermente poco cotta, infatti è quasi leggermente gommosa. Migliorata nel sapore rispetto due anni fa. Ho ordinato una pizza con aringhe insalata etc come da foto. Dove c'erano le aringhe erano ottima, dove no, pizza anonima. L'insalata era eccedente (la foto parla chiaro). Insomma poche aringhe e troppa insalata. Il limone era o tutto o niente. Incostanza di sapori, da ottimo ad insulso.

Quella degli altri col prosciutto era già meglio, il bordo pizza un attimo più cotto. Va migliorato quanto di cui sopra, comunque. Se vi si arriga di pizza di qualità, anche il sapore e preparazione devobo essere tali. Poco importa la genealogia del pomodoro e del coltivatore.

Bevande: non ho bevuto nulla tranne acqua e caffè ergo mi astengo. Dei colleghi nessuno ha avanzato birra o simili.

Dolce: delicato tiramisù con e sa foto, né troppo né troppo poco. Ma ridurrei onestamente il prezzo (scodella diametro 8/9 cm per capirci). Caffè: caffè ok non speciale ma nemmeno cattivo. Buono insomma senza primeggiare o voler pretendere.

Conto: in linea coi prezzi da menù, 25€ a testa. Accettabile fatto salvo le riserve di cui sopra. Per i gestori del ristopizza: prendete il mio giudizio come un incentivo costruttivo più che critico. Alla fine ho mangiato tutto ma se mi si chiedesse se tornerei di mia sponte, la risposta sarebbe...
