Our family had a wonderful dinner here at Jerry's in the summer. Our AirBnb host had recommended it. We arrived late without reservations, but Jerry made arrangements to get us a table. Jerry and the staff were incredibly gracious including bringing us some complementary items to try. The mixed grill was so delicious and filling. Stopped here on our way from Venice to Pisa, 8 people in our party and hungry for lunch. Met the owner Jerry who spoke with us for a long time with very good English, giving us local directions , things to see, and the best bottle of wine we've had had yet in Italy, a local Chianti. excellent super thin pizza ...so delicioso!!! La prima volta che provai Jerry's scendevo da Badia verso Vaiano e ho preso una margherita da asporto veloce, fui sorpreso: pizza grande e fine, ingredienti deliziosi, cotta bene sul fondo, prezzo onesto, un'alternativa premium alle pizze in Vallata.
Poi sono andato a provare il ristorante con un amico: antipasto toscano un po' tirato per due ma gustoso, tagliatelle ai funghi viscose e delizione, e una pizza bianca cotto e funghi, completamente stracarica di ingredienti, bella grande come la prima volta e la solita cottura lunga che secondo me dà sapore.
A parte il cibo il personale è gentile e preparato, il locale è abbastanza piccolo ma era mezzo pieno di martedì sera, sempre meglio prenotare, comunque accogliente e un buon servizio, con menù fisso e del giorno e anche qualche fuori menù.
