Burgerino — Restaurant in Verona

One just because I cannot put less. We ordered at 22.30 two burgers and one mozzarella stick via deliveroo. After postponing the delivery time few times, finally the food arrived at midnight and cold. However, we got only one burger and the stick even though we paid for an additional burger. We called and the apparently nice owner told us that someone would bring the forgotten burger immediately. It arrived one hour later but the burgers are very good and they offered two beers but still one...

Da grande sostenitrice che ero di questo locale facendogli tanta pubblicità tra amici e parenti mi trovo ora costretta a ritirare tutto.. Hanno cambiato tutto...prima avevano parlato e nero e due nuovi panini con pane ai cereali e ora più nulla... Ordinando e chiedendo un pane alternativo a quello dolce mi è stato consigliato quello ai 5 cereali...una volta tornata a casa mi sono ritrovata il mio salmon burger al pane nero col pane dolce e una polpettina di salmone... Mia figlia aspettandosi quello ai 5 cereali anche lei si è ritrovata col pane dolce...e il bacon burger dell'altra mia figlia con una fetta di bacon e carne.... Abituata tempo fa ad un panino che si faceva addirittura fatica a mordere per il timore che sbordasse tutto l'interno ora ci si ritrova con del pane secco e asciutto con scarso condimento... Dopo una mia chiamata per un chiarimento (convinta che avessero sbagliato l'ordine) mi è stato risposto con fare saccente che il pane nero e ai 5 cereali non lo facevano più da tempo e che il ragazzo a cui ho ordinato non lo sapeva!! Ora se questo è saper gestire un locale...non so! Da grande sostenitrice fino ad un paio di mesi fa...ora una cliente molto delusa dal servizio e dal prodotto. L'anno scorso era tutto un...

Ordered the bacon burger. It was ok,nothing special. All I tasted was the caramelized onions. The fries weren't hot, not even warm so they were probably done before my burger was cooked. The food took about 5-7 minutes. Nothing was hot so I'm guessing it's all precooked and ready to serve. Service was minimal. For the price I expect better. Kind of a bad location too. A lot of noise pollution...
