Osteria La Poiana — Restaurant in Verona

We would like to return tomorrow and frequently. Very good food and prices inexpensive. Atmosphere relaxing and accommodating. So quite a great place for groups and couples. Meat dishes seem excellent. Waiters and service will vary when v busy but excellent manners. Outdoor eating does bring bugs at dusk so consider that there is also indoors and the veranda.

Nice venue in an old villa with a big car parking lot. Food was great and incredibly cheap compared to other good restaurants. Totale mancanza di correttezza e professionalità Ho prenotato con larghissimo anticipo (a marzo) trattandosi della festa di comunione di mia figlia. Chiedo di poter prenotare sotto la barcaccia - mi viene negato, in quanto il numero dei miei invitati era di "sole 10 persone", quindi un eventuale gruppo più numeroso avrebbe avuto la precedenza... mi viene ASSICURATO di poter pranzare sotto un gazebo (quindi comunque coperti) visto anche le previsioni meteo incerte. Al nostro arrivo alle ore 13:00 purtroppo però veniamo fatti accomodare su 2 tavoli a cielo aperto e non sotto il gazebo come promesso giustificandosi soltanto in maniera decisamente sgarbata che il nostro tavolo ormai era stato promesso ad un altro gruppo... il cibo era un po freddo ma buono ... peccato per le foglie che cascavano sui nostri piatti .... Mi sarei aspettata se non altro delle scuse, ma evidentemente il proprietario non ha ritenuto necessario farlo... d'altronde eravamo "solo in 10".... comportamento decisamente scorretto e senza alcuna professionalità... non penso di tornarci più, non ne...
