The pizza is cooked in a wood fire oven and it's good, but I would personally like the crust a little crispier and cooked longer. My favorite choice is the "Paolo". Pizza molto buona e digeribile cotta in forno a legna. Ottimo l'impasto integrale e senza lievito che rende la pizza davvero leggera e morbida nonostante sia molto sottile. Ingredienti sempre di ottima qualità e freschi. Personale gentile e disponibile.
