The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—about a 19-minute walk or a 4-minute drive—making it a practical choice for travelers. The building itself is an interesting blend of refurbished architecture with a large car centerpiece in the courtyard and a swimming pool nearby. Parking is available adjacent to the property.

Check-in at reception was quick and efficient. I stayed in Room 118 on the first floor. The lift was a bit tricky to find, so I ended up carrying my bags up the stairs.

The room was spacious, featuring a decent-sized fridge and wardrobe with ample storage. It had a view over the inner courtyard and offered good soundproofing—despite being close to the airport, no airplane noise could be heard, which was impressive. The bed was large, made by joining two singles, with a solid, comfortable backrest. However, the room lacked proper air conditioning control—it took a while to cool down, and even then, I woke up feeling warm in the morning.

Lighting in the room was limited to a single floor lamp and two wall-mounted lights near the bed. There was no overhead ceiling light, which made the space feel a bit dim at night. Unfortunately, there were no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room.

The bathroom was functional, with marble tiling and toiletries fixed to the wall (including body lotion and conditioner). The shower temperature was hard to judge at first, as it took time for the water to heat up, and there was no temperature gauge. The shower cubicle itself was well-designed, with enough space to move and dry off comfortably.

Although the room was mostly quiet, I did notice occasional creaking from the wooden floor and some noise from the room above.

Breakfast was served in a separate area, a short walk from the room. The dining space was large, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There were several dedicated sections—for drinks, hot food, pastries, and a coffee station.

The cappuccino was excellent, made from a proper machine. The watermelon was incredibly sweet and fresh, and the bacon and eggs were nicely done. However, the cakes were fairly average. Breakfast service was fine, though not...

Beste...

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. However, few things must be imptoved: the new building is very far from the loby. If you are on the second floor at the new building, you must walk 2 long corridors with your suitcases, take the elevator to floor #2, then walk thru 2 more corridors and take another elevator to floor #2, and then walk thru another corridor. Too far with suitcases or when you just want to have your breakfast. There are few signes but they are quite few and do not tell you exactly how to walk and to which floor to climb. Anoyher issue is that the room electricity is very intelligent with many switches to control everything but no signs or stickers. I'm an electrical engineer with Master degree and it took me over 15 minutes to find how to, control the electric shades... I wonder what "less technology oriented" prople do. Last thing is that the view you see on the superior rooms is quite ugly. See the picture and you would understand. By the way, on their photos they show a nice pool and a nice spa. The pool had no water (they claimed the at the end of April with 29 degrees outside it is not the season yet...) and the spa cost plenty. To my opinion, thos hotel does not worth the price that they charge for a room. Maybe half.

Wonderfully situated near Verona Airport and walkable via a pedestrian walkway. We were very grateful to be able to use the facilities a little earlier as our flight arrived before check-in. We were also incredibly appreciative of a room change which enabled greater privacy and space. It was a junior suite with a terrace which was beautiful. The gardens and pool maintained to a high standard and all the bars and restaurant exceptional with a wonderful array of aperitifs, wines and yummy food. Service was kind and attentive and we had a really wonderful time. Hopefully will be back again one day to enjoy the spa facilities and a longer break. Grazie
