Forsterbräu - Forst — Restaurant in Vinschgau - Val Venosta

This place is awesome! My family and I had a late night and were searching for somewhere to eat and a local recommended us Forsterbräu. Although we came close to their closing time, the staff welcomed us with a warm greeting and immediately seated us. They served us complimentary mushroom soup with assorted breads, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered a Frittatensuppe as well which is my favorite. The soup portion was huge and one of the best I’ve ever had! My beet and quinoa salad with toasted cheese was also super good. Siamo arrivati in questo ristorante alle 13:50, dopo la visita guidata del vicino castel Coira. Ci hanno fatto accomodare per il pranzo, ma poi la cameriera è uscita per dirci che la cucina stava chiudendo e quindi ci potevano proporre solo tagliatelle con ragù di selvaggina oppure scaloppine. Visto che ormai avevamo ordinato da bere ed eravamo seduti, abbiamo deciso di rimanere ed ordinare le tagliatelle. Il conto finale è risultato essere più alto di circa il 40% rispetto a tutti gli altri posti in cui abbiamo mangiato durante una settimana di vacanza in Val Venosta. E non abbiamo nemmeno potuto scegliere liberamente dal menù. Inoltre la veranda è sulla strada, e semi chiusa con dei plexiglass. Insomma decisamente non al livello degli altri ristoranti Först...
