Pizzeria Irene — Restaurant in Vinschgau - Val Venosta

My wife and I took our 16 y/o son and 13 y/o daughter to Western Europe for a 2 week once in a lifetime vacation.

While were spending our first week in SW Germany, my daughter said a "bucket list" of having authentic dinner with speghetti and pizza in Italy. We agreed we could do that and found this little joint... We we're NOT disappointed!

It was a 2.5 hour drive there, but hey, for your kids"bucket list", no problem.

Without going into specifics, we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 speghetti plates and it was fantastic. We ate every last bit and it was worth the drive, especially with the bucketist. Fantastic.

For a slight criticism, the service was efficient and accurate, but it was niether "warm" nor longstanding. Once the food was delivered, we never saw our waiter again.

In all, we would do it over again...

Company of 6. We had nice drinks - good service - very good pizza’s - pizza daviola, house pizza lots of garlic ! pizza hawai, etc this was all very good - desert panna cotta was just very bad some yellow pudding wirh strawberry sauce - yuk! - tiramisu- was very good Would go back but with deserts would be careful. Coffee was also very good . Service very kind...

We were lucky that we could a place at the bar since the place was pretty crowded (but I guess this is what you have to expect from a good place on a Sunday evening). But the delicious pizza and the fresh poured beer made up for it. Really...
