I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Daniel not far from Resia lake by car.

Simple and affordable lunch spot not far from Lake Resia. The menu features classic pastas and pizzas at reasonable prices. I had the amatriciana pasta, which was good. Wir sind an diesem Lokal nach einer Wanderung vorbeigekommen und haben beschlossen uns dort was zu essen. Diese Entscheidung haben wir nicht bereut.

Man haben draußen gesessen, daher kann ich nicht viel vom Ambiente innen drin sagen. Allerdings war es draußen nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist nicht ausgesprochen schön, aber es stört auch nichts. Von daher fürs Ambiente 3 Sterne.

Wir haben uns Pizza bestellt und diese war ausgezeichnet. Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Pizza wurde schnell geliefert und hat prima geschmeckt.

Der Service war sehr nett, wobei es aufgrund von sprachlichen Barrieren manchmal schwierig war etwas zu verstehen. Aber damit muss man rechnen, wenn man an der italienischen Grenze essen geht. Von daher alles top.
