The restaurant’s atmosphere was nice, but the food was at best average. The dishes didn’t really make sense — out of six courses, four included sorbet, which just didn’t fit (except maybe the dessert). The risotto was good, though.

The courses also took a long time to arrive (over 30 minutes), so the wine pairing was already finished by the time the next dish came. When I asked if I could have more wine with the course, they brought a new glass and charged for it.

Service was okay — one waiter spoke English and really tried his best, but the others seemed untrained.

All in all, not worth the price (€90 for the six-course menu and €40 for the wine pairing). Could be done...

Siamo stati a cenare per San Valentino. L'ambiente si presenta ben curato, i posti a sedere non sono molti e distanti tra loro, in modo da non disturbare gli altri commensali. Oltre al normale menù erano presenti piatti dedicati alla ricorrenza. L'aperitivo di ben venuto ci è stato offerto vista la giornata. Alla conclusione di quello ci è stato consegnato il piatto del pane e grissini accompagnato da del burro. Sia i primi che i secondi avevano accoppiamenti di ingredienti non banali e sono arrivati sempre senza nessuna imperfezione e accompagnati dalla spiegazione della ragazza di sala. Al momento del dolce ci è stato portato un pre dessert, anche questo fuori menù, dedicato alla serata. Il caffè è stato accompagnato da una selezione di biscotti e piccola pasticceria.

Durante tutta la serata oltre che dal cameriere siamo stati seguiti da un sommelier (nota di pregio, ragazzo preparato e molto simpatico).

Il conto è stato di 168€ (scontato a 160€) compreso di una bottiglia di vino e un calice per il dolce.

Ho notate veramente poche differente di servizio e menù rispetto a ristoranti stellati. Veramente contento...
