Sushi IT — Restaurant in Voghera

Have chosen this place for San Valentin's day after previous excellent experience last year. Was stuck in a traffic jam and arrived 30 minutes later requested time. The restraunt was full but they have found us a table. Unfortubately they didn't get any more person to help them for this day. Spent 3 hours inside mostly waiting to be served (with 2 small kids it is even more challenging to finish dining at 23:30). The order wasn't ever executed in full and nobody explained why. Could be maybe because nobody in the service is super fluent in Italian. Had to request soya source twice and it was brought to the table after an hour. Wasaby or ginger there were not available apparently at any table. There wasn't an order in serving: we had our soup at the end just before our sweets. Siamo stati in questo ristorante la prima volta per una cena durante la settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il pesce era buono, dello spessore giusto, il riso ben preparato e le proporzioni corrette. Abbiamo dunque deciso di tornarci ma nel weekend e la musica é cambiata. Pesce poco e sottile alcuni piatti speciali sono stati "dimenticati" ed abbiamo dovuto richiederli piú e piú volte. Ristorante giapponese nel quale ho cenato ormai diverse volte. Vi sono due sale di medie dimensioni, una che affaccia sulla strada e l'altra invece interna. L'ambiente è in classico stile giapponese e comincia a mostrate i segni del tempo. Il menù è molto ampio con proposte anche inusuali, come le ostriche. Vasta la scelta di pietanze (riso, spaghetti vari) che noi italiani faremmo rientrare tra i primi piatti. In generale le pietanze sono cucinate bene e le porzioni sono sempre corrette senza avere subito il downsizing che da qualche tempo ha coinvolto diversi ristoranti di questa tipologia.
