Pasta in red wine with Porcini was great as was mini Scallops in gnocchi. Ieri sera sembrava una normale cenetta tra amici nel ristorante preferito, invece si e' rivelata una delle cene piu' indimenticabili del 2019. Qui e' tutto buono, curatissimo e ogni pranzo o cena e' una garanzia, ma ieri sera le tagliatelle con pancetta e topinambour in versione normale per mio marito e gluten free per me hanno raggiunto dei livelli altissimi gran gourmet. I nostri amici hanno scelto invece le trottole alla zucca ed erano sublimi anche quelle. Come secondi piatti un arrosto di maiale perfetto, costollette di agnello a scottadito dalla cottura imoeccabile con polentina calda, pesce spada servito con uvetta passa a parte e una varieta' di curatissimi contorni ( pomodori ripieni, coste, patate al forno e carote al burro) tutti serviti come sempre in maniera rapida e con il sorriso. Il personale di sala e' davvero il primo piacere che si incontra in questo locale. Il dessert offriva almeno 6 scelte e per me anche una indimenticabile meringata gluten free. Il locale era pieno per un banchetto, ma le accortezze di avere delle strutture taglia rumore sul soffitto fanno si' che per quanto rumore ci possa essere la conversazione e' sempre rilassante. Ospitalita' e cucina sempre perfette, ma ieri sera davvero superlativa! Grazie di cuore! Lo consiglio a tutti sia per una cenetta tra amici, in famiglia, romantica, raffinata, ma al tempo stesso semplice, casalinga, genuina.
