So I wasn't going to say anything but it truly bothered me. I called and ordered after finding out they do delivery and asked for mango bubbles instead of the regular and the lady said yes the have and I waited for it. I bought from this place many times before but decided to try delivery, it took 4 and half hours until it finally came which was crazy but I didn't mind. When I received the drink I realized it was just the regular bubble tea, not the one I ordered so I called back and the lady said "no it is the mango bubble tea they just look similar so take it" This threw me off a bit because I know what the regular one looks like, I bought it multiple times before but decided to pay for it and after tasting it it was indeed the regular so I called her back and then she said "oh we didn't have the mango so we put the regular"..... First the lady said they have, second, During the four hours waiting I got no call informing me of this, third, she then gaslights me saying that it is the mango then basically say oops I lied have a nice day. What if I was allergic to the regular or something? you cannot just decide what to put instead, you should call and inform the customer so they know what is up Since that experience I've been buying my bubble tea fix from Mimimo. The thing is I wouldn't have mind if I was told about the change but because of how it was handled and her I don't care attitude didn't sit right with me. I loved the taste of their bubble tea and the store atmosphere...

I am big on trying new things and by that, I gave heecha a try. I got the royal bubble tea. That is a milk base cold drink and bubble are made of cassava I was told... All ingredients imported. Now the taste... The milk base had an insipid not quite right nor ready taste. The bubbles had a taste of the smell of cow's intestines. I literally couldn't not drink it off. I must say though that I tasted the lychee flavor juice they had with coconut bubbles (the coconut bubbles have another name) and it was good. It was the best of the flavors I tasted. It's not exactly my kind of thing and won't be seen back there. Customer service is awesome though,...
