Heecha Portmore — Restaurant in Jamaica

I’ve been here three times and I’ll definitely be making more stops to try their extensive menu. The customer service is really good as the cashier do not hesitate to give great suggestions as to what to try, however, I will admit that they have messed up one of my orders costing me an additional $100. I’ve had the matcha smoothie, meiji matcha, passion green, brown sugar and mango bubble green. The smoothie was very refreshing and had the perfect consistency and flavour. Not too herbal but not extremely sweet either. Loved it. The meiji matcha was similar. The passion green was good but the seeds were a bit overbearing. The brown sugar was very thirst quenching while being quite sweet but not cloying. The mango bubble green is amazing and this would definitely be the one I recommend to everyone. I went there today ay 11:45am, and the door was locked. I saw a young inside behind the counter. I proceeded to knock the door and she ignored me. I called the branch in Liguanea and asked if the Portmore branch was opened, I was told yes. I told them I'm there, but it's closed and I'm knocking and being ignored. I was told the place was wet and I asked why was there was no notice. I was told they didn't have any. Do better Heecha. This is not good customer...

Has a wide variety of choices to suite everyone’s needs. The staff are very friendly and seem to be knowledgeable in what they are doing. The actual product is good and you get to see the process of it being made right up to the point of when the cup is being sealed by a machine. There is a seating area and there may be a little wait based on the amount of persons waiting...
