Great place to just relax and unwind. Sophia and Dennis run a great little bar and will make sure you are taken care of. Everything you need is either here , coming here by way of beach salespeople , or just a short walk away down the beautiful beach. I spent 2 entire days out my vacation here just relaxing and hanging out on the beach with my wife and we couldn't have been happier. I'm not sure how ANYONE could be disappointed with this place. I'm guessing they are the typical " better than everyone else " tourist who don't know how to treat people with respect. Respect goes a long way in Jamaica this place is no different.

To be honest I didn't eat the food here at all. I just drank some dirty bananas all day and ate cheap snacks from the " mobile salespeople " walking down the beach. However a lot of people walked here up the beach just for their lunch specials so I assume the food is pretty good.

Give Frasier or another staff member a couple bucks and he'll set you up with a nice umbrella and some lounge chairs . Buy the guy a beer or two and you won't pay the " tourist prices " for all of the fun beach activities such as parasailing and snorkeling.

Keep in mind it is a clothing optional area so if you aren't mature enough to act appropriately around a pair of breasts or thong bikinis 7 mile beach may not be for you. No it's not college party central , just some occasional modest nudity. This place is absolutely great !! Can't wait to get back !!! Beautiful , safe , and they...

It was the worst meal I have ever paid for.

1.5hr wait for pasta, bruschetta, and ‘curry’. We heard the couple next to us complain and send back one of their dishes, refusing to pay for it, and assumed they were being unreasonable…but we had a very similar experience. We did pay for our entire meal.

The pasta was regular old store bought penne and tomato sauce from the super market, with zero flavour.

The bruschetta (which costed $10USD) was 2 cold slices of toast (Hardo Bread) with chopped red and green sweet peppers and onion, with no vinegar on top. And loads of black pepper for some reason.

The curry was some steamed vegetables mixed with a very mild curry powder.

I literally could have made three better dishes in 20 minutes. We ordered our food around 8.30pm and by 10pm we thought; ‘well at least it might be worth the wait’ and then were sorely, sorely disappointed.

Absolutely terrible food. Waitress was friendly but could not save the experience, the wait, etc. Would...

Be warned, this place charges an additional 10% "gratuity/service charge" which typically means its the server's tip - but not here. We came with a group of 7 and we ended up paying $28 USD just in service charges for eating there and then we were expected to tip the waitress on top of that. I've been coming to Jamaica for 20 years & have never experienced this situation! In addition, our appetizers did not come "before" the meal and I had to remind the waitress to bring them out. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food which we thought meant it would be fresh and hot, but every meal came out cold. The waitress was pleasant but because of the issues with the extra charges, we did not feel additional tip was warranted. Avoid this place because there are plenty of other great places to eat in Negril without the...

Went here while strolling down 7 mile beach after dark in January 2017. Nighttime atmosphere was great and it was really nice to have a dinner on the sand with the waves splashing a few yards away. Ordered jerk chicken, and Alicia, our waitress made us feel right at home. Jerk chicken was $13 and came with peas (beans) and rice, 1/4 chicken, and a bit of salad (slaw with a slice of cucumber and tomato) all served on one plate. Also included a small bowl of pumpkin soup, served prior to the main dish. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner and had a nice long conversation with Alicia, talking about a variety of topics. Never felt like we were waiting too long, never felt rushed. Just a really nice, relaxing experience with plenty of good food, nice conversation and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
