Popeye's Chicken — Restaurant in undefined

The food is indeed good, however, the lackluster and downright disrespectful attitude of the employees made me avoid this location for 2 years, thinking that the service and personnel had improved I decided to give it a try again.

Top 10 worst fast food experiences island wide, this 1 star service can heavily be attributed to lack of customer experience skills along with an unsanitary and disorderly dining experience. This is Popeyes on any given day. Dirty environment even dirtier employee service.

I went there on Sunday November 14 ,2021 Me and my boo , we order escoveich fish with bammy ,the fish dosent even have onion or esco sauce on it ,it was fried dried ,the bammy is tasteless .we ordered chicken as well and I said I want wing ,leg and thigh.i got breast and the fries were cold .I ordered a salad and the cashier was like none is here a next server at the counter ask her about it and the cashier was like a u ago round there to make it ? This is by far the worst restaurant in Negril Lately the workers tend to be very disrespectful to customers especially at nighttime….there would be 3 customers in line and they take almost an hour to serve and it’s not like they ran out of anything……the staffs move lazy some are even on their phone at the cashier register……….I hate the way the speak to people…….the customer base has been is lowering lately because the staff is very lazy and disrespectful……they need a very serious supervisor around………..Popeyes has really gone to the ground….. zero out of ten would not...
