好みは人によってそれぞれだと思いますので、他の人の評価を否定するわけではありませんが、私にとってのジンギスカン店としては水準に達していませんね。 まず、肉の質とか味がわからなくなるほどタレに漬け込んでいることには疑問を感じます。特上ラムだとの触れ込みですがどこが特上なのかよくわかりません。また、多くの人が柔らかい肉だと高評価ですが、これだけタレに漬け込めばほとんどの肉はヨレヨレに柔らかくなります。元の肉がかなり硬くてもね。^^; 開店直後に入店しましたが、中央のテーブルではすでに年配の男性が肉を焼いて食事中。向かいの席には店主らしき年配女性が話し相手をしており、最初の客の私に一瞥もくれず無視。男はずっと大声で喋りまくり。女は相槌打ちまくり。 早々に退散しました。 若い店員が礼儀正しかったのでオマケして星二つです。

Totally recommend this place. A different kind of lamb than what we would usually eat (as Europeans), grilled with soy sauce and soy sprouts. Also a different kind of lunch than we've had in...
