Being a big coffee lover in Japan is a big challenge. I am always on the hunt for good coffee and that has become a daily routine on all my holidays. In Japan it involves lots of trials. Chanced upon this place in Google and drove here to try. Totally legit place, can totally tell the standards from their setup and equipment. They roast their own beans and the cappuccino is well extracted no sour bitterttaste. The cheese cake is excellent too creamy and not too sweet. It is facing a windy and beautiful greenery amongst lavenders. Totally relaxed highly recommended. Easily the best I had in Japan. The cheese cake they served here is excellent too. Light fluffy and rich and creamy.. Totally goes well with the great cuppa. Do note they stop serving coffee and tea at 5pm but close at 7pm.

Such wonderful coffee experience at Abashiri! Modern small building in the neighborhood, with three parking spaces. Only 4 seats inside. The staff is extremely polite. Many flavors home-roasted coffee to choose from, and also you can ask staff to recommend. Cheese cake is so creamy, not to sweet, matched the coffee perfectly. Before leaving, we bought some coffee beans. You can ask them to grind for you if don’t have grinder. Nice coffee stop by for visitors who go to Abashiri. Highly recommended!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A coffee roaster at the end of a small road in Abashiri. There are some chairs to sit about but you cant really dine in anymore. The owner was kind to let us eat and drink there since it is quiet time. The coffee and chocolate cake is fanstastic.
