The restaurant is located in a neighborhood in Fukushima ran by a very friendly lady. It's a small restaurant with only a few tables, but it was very homey and neat! I ordered two set menus and each came with 7 side dishes! The food was awesome - every dish was well seasoned and very good! Felt like I was eating a meal which recharges my soul ❤️. There's also a parking space next to the restaurant. Come here if you're nearby!

Did not expect much when entered but definitely WORTH IT. Food was really good. It was run by a nice lady but food did not take too long to prepare. 7 side dish with main dish, worth every yen. There was only 3 tables inside, luckily was empty when we came in. Definitely a hidden gem.

いつも満点の昼食を提供してくれるのがこちらのすみれ亭である。個人的に会津地方トップクラスの定食を食べることができる。 自分語りになって申し訳ないが私は外食において美味さ、ボリューム、妥当な価格を重視している。こちらは高水準でまとまったそれらに加え栄養バランスもバッチリ、店内もお洒落で雰囲気もよく、言うことはない。 今回は鮭の西京焼き定食を注文。画像中央部の白茄子の田楽が絶品であった。一人暮らしで失った栄養分をチャージできた感じがした。地元の男性客や女性客など客層も幅広く誰でも満足できると思われる。 ぜひ会津に来たら地元野菜と米の美味さをこちらで味わってほしい。
