薪釜焼きのパン屋さんです。 以前は保戸野でシュークリーム・ケーキがメインで営業しておりましたが、現在地に移転してパンをメインにしたお店に業態チェンジいたしました。 小麦粉など素材にも拘ったパンで、イースト菌を使わないパンが多くあり、この酵母パンは好みが分かれると思います。 スーパー・街中のパン屋とは一線を画した拘りのパン、ヨーロッパテイスト溢れる？硬めですが、噛めば噛むほど美味しさが口の中に広がるパンがあります。
