日本にトルコ料理は数あれど、こういったロカンタ（現地の食堂）風なレストランはまだまだ少ないです。 でも、ケバブじゃなくて、オシャレトルコ料理じゃなくて、トルコで食べた煮込みに飢えてる…！

ってことで日曜日お昼に訪問。 日曜日はバイキングがメインなのですが、単品料理だけでも注文できる親切設計で助かります。

ムサカという煮込み料理が食べたいと言うと、2時以降ならできるよ〜といってくれて。ありがたく2時以降に再訪問。

一つ一つが最高においしい！

特に大好きなのが、レンズ豆のスープ。ド定番のスープで、レモンをギュッと絞っていただきます。ほんとにおいしいのでぜひ食べてもらいたい。

レモンがのっている赤い刻んだものはアジュルエズメという前菜によくでてくるものです。トマトと玉ねぎと青唐辛子などを刻んだものでパンによく合います。生の玉ねぎ大丈夫な方、ぜひどうぞ。

無理言って作ってもらったナスのムサカ、油をたくさん吸ったトロトロのナスが最高においしい。一緒についてくる塩バター味ご飯ピラウがまたおいしい。

長細いピザ（トルコ語だとピデ）はもう説明不要のおいしさ

トルコハンバーグ、キョフテは日本の肉汁たっぷり柔らかハンバーグと対極に位置する、野趣あふれる味。ギュッとしたお肉の味が楽しめます。

日本人は苦手な方も多いデザートのバクラヴァですが、ここのは繊細で甘すぎないのでチャレンジしていただきたいです。
