Absolute best bakery EVER! I am not joking in saying that we have come every morning. The food is delicious, great coffees and the owners are so kind. The olive bread and Turkey sandwiches are sooooo yummy! Honestly, everything is excellent!

This bakery has been a highlight of our trip to Amami. I wish there was one back home...

Was I running out of gas and living 45 minutes away? Yes, yes I was. Did I still drive out just to purchase more bread than I could consume before expiration? Yes, yes I did. Regrets? Never.

Recommendation: Anything with cream cheese and the fig...

主人のアカウントからコメントします。 初めての奄美、最終日に空港に行く前に寄りました。あれこれ買って、台風が来てたので目の前に車を停めて車内で食べたらまぁどれも美味しくて、また車を出て追加で持ち帰る用に購入。 ホットサンド、明太フランスはその場で温めてくれるのでバリッバリの食感でいただけます。明太フランスは計4個買って家族で争奪戦でした。 どのパンも生地もフィリングの味も美味しい！ 酵母や粉、具材の大きさ味付けも拘っているのがとてもよく分かります。個人的にはベーグルの生地がもっちりしていて好きです。特にあんバターベーグルは大ヒットでした。 バジルチキンやツナメルトのホットサンドの味付けもとても美味。また食べたい。 生姜がバッチリ効いた手作りのジンジャードリンクもとても良かったです。 ベーグルはプレーンを数個持ち帰り、2日後にスライスしてトーストしてサンドイッチにしてランチに食べましたが、生地も硬くなったりパサついたりせずとても美味しくいただけました。 横浜にも出店して欲しいと思う味です！ また奄美に行ったら必ず寄ります。
