山一 — Restaurant in Amami

I got the みそラメン it was about ¥600.

I went here a few days ago. I really enjoyed going to this little restaurant overall the pricing is really nice if you’re just looking to go somewhere on the budget and also just interested in experiencing some Japanese food I will know that the restaurant is open at certain times. And they only have a certain amount of space if you do decide to go there just make sure that you are able to check in. You can just poke your head inside and either the woman who works there will say sorry you have to go or yes you can take a seat in total. I think they’re around 10 to 12 seats there. I definitely plan on going back there again. It’s nice. It’s cozy...

Yamaichi ramen is a nice place to have ramen in Amami Oshima. I had pork broth ("tonkotsu") noodles and fried rice ("yakimeshi"). Tonkotsu was actually very light than it looks. If you were not fun of greasy soup maybe you can try this. Yakimeshi, on the othet hand, had strong taste. Both were very good. The restaurant was offering takeouts for ramen, rice, and dumpings...

とんこつと焼めし

地元の方からの情報です。

今の仕事に為って、奄美大島では初めてのバス移動です。

一応は調べましたが、実際に空港で聞いてみると少し分かり難そうです。 仕事での一件目にお邪魔して、雑談で

「バスで大勝へ行くには？」

のやり取りから、このお店を紹介して頂きました。

島に　ラーメン　のイメージが無かったのですが 所謂　鹿児島ラーメン　とは違った見栄えで にんにくチップ　の効いた良い味の　スープ　でした。

”山一ラーメン” 勝手が違うのか、暖簾が掛かっていても入れない事も有るそうで、先ずはその確認です。 そこ迄は送って頂いたのですが、その後にお別れ、無事に入店です。

バスの時刻迄は40分程度・・・作るペースと他のお客さんも見える関係から

「50分過ぎのバスに乗ります。」

で、全ての確認は問題無し　＾ω＾

焼めし　の鍋を振る音が店内にリズミカルに響きます。 その間にお隣に　焼めし　を食されているテーブルが見えたので

多いねw

と感じつつ、腹具合のコンディションを覚悟を決めるか・・・どうしよう？

焼めし 結局、評判が良いと言われるこちらは迷いつつも注文！ 少々の待ち時間を経て出来上がりw

香ばしい！

チャーシュー　の威力が効いてます！ 濃厚で味わい深く、食欲がモリモリw

多いと思ってましたが、美味しくて食べるペースが勝手にアップします　＾ω＾

ラーメン（とんこつ） 鹿児島ラーメン　の　キャベツ　が載った光景は見られませんが にんにくチップ　は丁度良い効き具合w

意外と濃くも無く、良いペースで食べられます。

美味しい！

こちらも　チャーシュー　が良い仕事してます。 飾り過ぎずにシンプルに食べられる一杯です。

バスが気に為っていたので、早めに食べ進めましたが 焼めし　と一緒でも、普通のボリューム感で食べられます。

この感じですと、次回もこのパターン？ 別のスープを試すかもw
