今日は健康診断で朝食抜きだったのでちょっと贅沢してこちらでちゃんぽんセット。まず握りが4種。おいしくいただきました(^^)　そしてちゃんぽん。きくらげたっぷり。イカゲソも、きっと 冷凍でないと思われる旨味がありました。豚肉も固まりではなく丁寧に細くカットしてあり嬉しい。このセットで1210円はおとくですよね。スープはこってり系でないのも嬉しい。ちょっと私には塩味が強めでした。 最後に気になったのがカウンターの陶板。やっぱり有田焼の産地だよね。今こんな焼き物をカウンターにしているところもないんだろうなぁ〜　大切に使ってられるんでしょうね。ぜひ見てもらいたいものです。 おご馳走様でした！

長崎名物のちゃんぽんと握り寿司がセットで食べられるのは長崎県雲仙市の小浜ちゃんぽん。今回、佐賀県有田町で遭遇。

ちゃんぽんセットのにぎりは4貫。どれも美味で丁寧。ちゃんぽんのスープはあっさり系。具材も丁寧で細切り豚肉にキャベツ、ピーマン、もやし、ニンジン、タマネギ、きくらげ、紅かまぼこ、チクワ、小エビと具だくさん。鮨屋のちゃんぽんなのでイカゲソがひと味ちがう（ような気がする）。あっさりスープなので握り寿司とお茶の甘みによく合う。皿うどんや焼ちゃんぽんも気になる。
