Katsuhanatei Ashikaga Branch — Restaurant in Ashikaga

This is our first time here! I was so excited because I was looking for an affordable and good Tonkatsu. When we got into the store, the place looked really cozy and you can choose seats that you like. They will give you some complimentary drinks (warm tea) and some Salad. The salad is a free refill. They have two types of Salad Dressing and both of them were so good! Definitely worth the try.

For our main, I got some pork tonkatsu with some ebi fry. I only ordered the ala carte while my friend got some Chicken Tonkatsu with Rice and Soup. Both of these items can be seen below. Their Pork tonkatsu was very tender and soft. If you bite it, you will never even feel that you are eating pork. The ebi fry is good as well! I have also tried the Chicken one and the same with the pork, very tender! Plus the quantity is worth mentioning. You will leave the place very full. Definitely 10/10 with the food.

If I have a recommendation for the restaurant is to get their tablet a translation. We had a very hard time ordering because we still need to translate every page in English. Hopefully, you will consider it for foreign customers.

But also, the staff were very accommodating and they were all smiley. We were very happy with it! We will definitely come back and try their other foods.

This is a good Japanese restaurant. I recommend here for lunch. They have many lunch menus,and some of them have low cost under 1000yen. You can have sliced cabbage, rice and miso soup as much as you want, Please try...

会計の際に起こった事で、 お店のアプリについて定員に確認したら店長が出て来て操作方法（アプリ操作の手順書を確認しながら）の説明をされた。

アプリの操作の事で、 わざわざ店長が出て来たので、 自分で携帯からアプリで操作出来るならと思いこちらは気を遣って店長に確認したら…

大丈夫ですよといったものの、 何だか不快な感じに受け取ってしまった。。。

その理由がこちら

【1.後はアプリで操作して下さい… （アプリ操作の手順書のQRコードを読み取り、 アプリの画面に入っただけ）

2.お店を出る時“ありがとうございました“も無し。 ↓ 残念です… 他の定員は挨拶している印象でお店の雰囲気も悪くなかっただけに…】

以上が不快な感じに受け取ってしまった事、 予感的中だった。

他の方の口コミも確認しましたが、 どうやら店長の接客に問題が有りそうですね。
