溶岩石窯ピッツァ轍 — Restaurant in Aso

This place is a gem. We ordered the margarita and the cheese pizza you see pictured here and both were very delicious but the cheese one is one of the best pizza’s we have ever had. The cheese oil is sweet like honey but it’s not honey. Try it for yourself and be amazed.

Now I’m on the hunt to replicate these pizzas. Thank you to the owners!

This place was absolutely delightful and we are so glad to have had lunch here on a weekday. We arrived around 1230pm and were lucky to have gotten a table before the place filled up. Really impressive that it’s just a 2-man show and service was really warm too. Amongst 5 of us, we share 2 pizzas and 2 pastas - the pizzas were amazing and the dough was really fluffy and tasty. 去年、阿蘇の草千里が浜へ行く途中、大観峰辺りの道沿いで見つけたこの小さな看板

よく見えなかったけど、イタリア🇮🇹のマークが見えた様な･･･

そんな手がかりだけでしたが、今回記憶を辿って探しに行ってきました

国立公園の中、少し道を逸れた山道、こんな所にあるのかな？ と思いつつ進んで行くと、途中にも完全予約のお蕎麦屋さん、地鶏屋さんもありました

お目当てのお店は更に奥へ･･･ ありました🎵 山の中にぽつんと一軒家🇮🇹🏠 山桜が綺麗🌸

ならば食べてみよう❤ それと、マルゲリータとキッシュ

溶岩石窯の高温で焼かれるピザで、小麦粉、チーズ、トマトはイタリアから輸入してるそうです

耳までモチモチで薄い生地に、チーズのいい香り

マルゲリータはチーズといい酸味トマトソースがたまりません❤

そして、ゴルゴンゾーラ 1口食べて衝撃でした！

ブルーチーズ、あんまり得意じゃないけど、ここのは別格✨ そして、よく別添えで蜂蜜が付いてくるんだけど、ここは麹だったかな？それを発酵させた蜜が掛かっていて、そのほんのり癖のない甘みが凄い❤合う～

あちこちでピザ食べてきましたけど、思い出に残る程美味しいピザでした
