Let’s start with the Pros: nice table view IG worthy photo spots
CONS: Food is so,so.. You pretty much pay for the view. Food was served warm. Pancake is not as fluffy as other Happy Pancake branches in Japan. Caramel Cafe Latte is average. Reception/Front staff was RUDE. Giving you an attitude. Ordering is complicated. You have to wait in line outside the restaurant in heat, then they let you in, then you choose your table aaall the way to the back/inside of the restaurant or outside if you want outdoor seating, and then you get the number on your table with a QR code and then you go back to the entrance of the resto to scan the QR code into the machine, THEN you can finally order your food! Why? Could have just set up the QR code to enable mobile order!
Overall, if you care more about phot spots and if you care less in lining up in the heat for a while, not too hungry and care less about the food experience then come here.
