A Happy Pancake — Restaurant in Awaji

Visited during weekend and it was not worth it ! Extreme long queue. We went back again in the evening and this time we were seated in a different extended restaurant (opposite of the main side) as we were walked in customers. We believed the main side seatings are only for the reserved customers.

Anyway, pancakes were nothing special and very eggy taste which we didn’t like much. Other pancake restaurants would have tasted better. We guess it was the location and some insta spots on the premise that makes people want to visit them. Other than that it’s not worth.

Highly recommend visiting this place! The pizza was great and so were the pancakes and milk tea tapioca drinks! There's a beautiful view of the ocean and there are a number of places you can sit. Outside tables are available and you can easily walk on the beach too. There's an indoor upstairs seating area too.

We booked one of their private rooms which was a great experience as you have your own window, table and couch area.

The location is so beautiful and especially at sunset you can feel very relaxed, but the food, specifically the pancakes, are incredibly sweet and expensive for what you receive.
