Nice Italian restaurant on the sea. Service was good and friendly and fast. Ample seating and very relaxed vibe with cool jazz and a mild sea breeze making for a chilled lunch. Unfortunately it was quite misty today hence the black and white views.

The food was decent but quite expensive. The local tomatoes on the Bruschetta was very tasty but as others have commented the seasoning on other dishes is lacking a bit. That said the spicy smoked paprika in the pasta of the day was an inspired touch. The bread and pizza crust were excellent but the pizza base was too thin and there was too much cheese so the balance was slightly off. Slightly over the price of what I would have paid but much cheaper compared to a similar restaurant in northern Europe. Overall...

I wanted to put one star but the pizza is very good. However… very disappointed compare the last time we visited, the staff is probably overworked like slaves so in a bad mood. Update October 2025 Still a little bit dirty but much better. Pork shoulder was good and the soup really good, needs salt. The pizza also good, still a bit small but … that’s what it is. Staff much friendlier, you order via app so no much contact with the waiters. App has English 👍🏻 ocean view very good.

All the terrace forniture is literally filthy see images attached.

Pizza is so small that looks like the frozen one you get at the supermarket for 500 yen.

The lunch set came with a ball of pumpkin salad and...

By Japanese standards the Pizza was ok, but otherwise a bit average. The pizza base and crust is excellent, however the toppings let it down a bit as it lacks flavour and seasoning. The fried whitebait entree dish was also hit & miss. Some pieces were well fried whilst others had undercooked batter which made it chewy and unpleasant to eat. Again, the seasoning was lacking and all my Japanese guests agreed it was quite ordinary. Service was friendly and efficient and the place had a good vibe and a great view, slightly spoiled by the unfortunate weather. I did enjoy the local beer quite...
