24/9/4 17時頃利用 パンを4個トレーにのせ、レジで赤ぶどうジュースの氷なしをお願いすると量が少なくなると言われて承諾、冷凍のパン12個も注文しレジで支払い後、ジェラートを食べたくなり黒ごまとマロンの２種をコーンで注文しました。 パンを持参の袋に入れた後、冷凍のパンの入った青いビニール袋をもらい、その後ジェラートを渡されましたが、赤ぶどうジュースを忘れられていました。店員に声をかけると「あ！」っていう感じですぐに後ろを向いて冷蔵庫を開けたんですがなぜかいちごミルクを作り始めたので、 「すみません、赤ぶどうジュースって牛乳入れないですよね？」って聞いたらまた「あ！」っていう感じで作り直してもらいました。

先にジェラートをもらっていたのでどんどん溶けてきたので慌てて食べ始めたんですが、半分食べた所で「これって黒ごまじゃなくない？」って気がつき、店舗に戻り商品を見せて確認してもらうと「黒ごまですよ」と言われ、「いや、黒ごまの味もしないしこれってほうじ茶なんじゃないですか？」って聞いたら「あ、間違えました」って言われただけでした。 溶けるのが早くボタボタこぼれるのが嫌で焦ってだいぶ食べてしまっていたのでもう作り直しを求めることもできず、黒ごまは諦めて帰りました。

家に帰って見ると冷凍のパンは青いビニール袋にそのまま入れただけだったのでほとんど解凍されてしまっていました。以前買った時はきちんと保冷袋に入れていただいた気がするのですが。
