I was no less than positively shocked! This place is huge! I have never seen such a big roaster in my life! They could fit soccer teams in there! And that although Awaji is a quiet place and little crowded for Japanese standard! Their coffee is of highest quality! I tried their light-roast Geisha coffee and it had all the aroma and acidity I expect from this coffee type. Furthermore, I checked their beans: Speciality coffee means, the roast date should be no less than two weeks. I had a look at a few packages of beans and they all passed! This is an important criterion when it comes to speciality coffee. And that’s also the reason why so many roasters don’t write down the roast date. One minus point: They should serve more healthy food or snacks. Coffee and health food works well together and I guess many cyclists come to this place. Anyway, thank you for the good work!...
