味良し見た目良し！

旭川周辺の登山の合間に「四季彩の丘」の花鑑賞に行った際、こちら（本館２Ｆ）に寄りました。 この時期でも多彩に綺麗に咲いている花畑に感動しそれが無料とは凄いな、と思いつつ、 駐車場500円も、レストランで500円以上使うと無料になるというおまけつき。 これは行くしかないでしょう！ あまり期待せずカツカレー1000円をオーダー。 店内はこの時期三密に配慮され各テーブルには透明アクリル板で対面に配慮されています。

待つこと約５分。窓から花は素晴らしかったなと余韻に浸って見ていると、番号がコールされます。 取りにいくと綺麗に盛り付けされて驚き。さらに男性も満足の盛りと思います。 味もいいですね。カレーのルーにも深みがあります。 カツも柔らかくて脂の塊がなくちゃんと筋切りされてる。

正直この手の観光施設のレストランにありがちな普通のものではなく、明らかに見た目と味を追求している。失礼ながら本当にいいレストランだな、とシェフの腕前に感激しました。
