少し前の事ですが、来年80歳になる母を連れて大分市から嫁と一緒に訪ねました。 母の友人の実家がこの近くで和菓子屋をしていたのよと話していて、看板のお名前を見てそこがこのお店になっている事を知りました。 そう考えると和菓子から洋菓子へのマイナーチェンジはありつつも、長い歴史のある場所なのだと感慨深くなったのを思い出します。 今回はイートインスペースを利用させて頂きコーヒーとケーキを頂きましたが、甘味の強いケーキとコーヒーの組み合わせはベストマッチで有意義な時間を過ごさせて貰いました。

先に。好みは人それぞれなので、私はですが、生地が甘すぎて苦手。生クリームは、時期的なものかもですが、溶けやすく（9月購入）冷蔵庫に入れててもクリーム溶けてる感じでフルーツは、箱の中に落ちていて食べにくかった。フルーツにグレープフルーツを使っており生地が甘すぎなのに一気に苦味がきてケーキと喧嘩しているようでした。私は次の購入...
