Purchased Dunkin’ Donuts $20 e-gift card online 11/09/2019 with Apple Pay. E-gift card was sent to family member as Veterans Day - Thank You For Your Service $20 e-gift. They went with their iPhone 11/11/2019 to this location to use $20 e-gift card on their iPhone Apple Wallet & they were told it wasn’t accepted. If this Dunkin’ Donuts is on AF base it’s considered a US location & $20 e-gift card should be able to be used at it with Apple Wallet. Families send e-gift cards to love ones serving in military stationed overseas for them to purchase food or drinks because we can’t take them out for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner in person being too far away. I was very disappointed this was done to my family member stationed overseas on Veterans Day by this location with Dunkin’ Donuts $20 e-gift card I purchased they couldn’t use. They are waiting to use it until 02/2020 when stationed at AF base in US. Feel money I spent was wasted on $40 in Dunkin’ Donuts e-gift cards for 2 family members stationed overseas as Veterans Day Thank You For Your Service gift. They don’t like to go get any free Veterans Day deals why I paid $40 for each of them to get $20...

I am not sure what happened in one years time, but the only good thing here is the service. The donuts are holding more of the cooking grease (usually from over working the dough). There is a minimal selection of donuts. There is one type of bagel only, (Plain). If it was a management or a policy change. Go back to what worked when the product was good... Nov 2022.

This is a barebone Dunkin location on Kadena AB that serves a limited menu of drinks and donuts. If you were to walk in, get a black coffee, and walk out you would not know any difference from this location and many you would visit in the US.
