--- おすすめ。ポーク&ナポリタン優勝。--- Quality: 私はポークしょうが焼きをチョイス。 このステーキに勝るものなし。肉厚で味が染み渡っており、見た目はボリューム感ありますが、ペロッと完食。ポテトフライ、ズッキーニ、ニンジンまでそれぞれ素材の味が豚肉に負けず、いわゆるハーモニー発生。これがご飯との相性良く、最高。ナポリタンは食べませんでしたが、家族からの評判高し。 Service: 運良くオーナーお母さまが直接対応くださり、その穏やかで、優しげで、ラフな服装に癒されます。少しでも長く続けていただきたいです。 Cleanliess: 特に挙げるものなく、標準的でokでした。 Atmosphere: ロッジ風な店内はスペースが充分に保たれていて、居心地良い。大人数用のテーブル席はタイムトリップしたようなレトロな席で、いつか利用したいなと憧れます。 避暑地へ旅行で訪れましたが、地元の名店であることに納得。値段が高くて美味いは当たり前かもしれません、ホテルで一人一万かけて食事するのと同等かそれ以上の満足感が得られました。『また必ず行きたい』、そんな表現がぴったりな素敵な場所でした。 ご馳走さまでした。蓼科へ遊びに行く時は必ず寄ります。
